I have an idea???

Okay so lately I have been needing some NEW recipes. The same ol' isn't doing it for me right now. So I was thinking that I wanted to start a blog where myself and my friends could post all the yummy recipes we love. I know so many of you are awesome cooks and have yummy recipes that I need too. So what do you think? If I start this blog will you all participate and share your recipes? Because there is NO way I have enough yummy recipes to start a blog on my own... So please help me and we could all benefit. Let me know if you want to...

Rewind...

I'm not HUGE on Valentines because I think we should do things for each other more then just once a year, don't get me wrong I still celebrate Valentines though. Anyways, I like Valentines for more then it just being a Holiday. Six years ago today is when I really fell in love with Mike. We went on a date, it was kind of last minute and I think both of us would have rather been with someone else (sad, I know) but I'm so glad we went on that date 6 years ago. We had the most awkward night ever, I was working at Dillard's at the time and didn't get off work until 9 pm and Mike picked me up from work and we met some friends at Outback. When we got there, there were TONS of people that we didn't even know and one guys WHOLE family. He ended up proposing to his girlfriend and we didn't even know it was going to happen. SO WEIRD... Anyways after we watched a movie and from that time on we stopped dating anyone else and we were engaged 3 months later. I am so thankful for my husband, he is such a hard worker and is so crazy busy I don't know how he finds time for us between taking sooooooo many credits and working. But I am so thankful for him. I am so thankful for the Lords hand in all things, I know he is watching out for all of us. It's hard to always be so patient and willing to go wherever he wants us to go for school but I know in the end it will all work out exactly how it is suppose to and we will be happy. Happy Valentines Day!!!!!!!!!

I also want to THANK my little bro Kason and his wife Wendy. They are so awesome and always call and ask if they can watch our boys so we can go on a date, I soooooooooo appreciate them. Anyways last night they watched the boys and made a really cute little book about why they love their mom and dad. I took some pictures but I don't have time right now to put them on here, so I will do it later. But it is so cute and I LOVE IT, thanks guys- You're the BEST!

Interview #2

Well we are finally home... it felt like we were gone FOREVER! The interview went well, so I guess we will find out if he got in by April. I will let you all know when we find out. We did a TON of driving and with 2 little boys that isn't very fun. It poured the whole time we were there so that ruined our "Beach Day", but it was nice to spend time as a family. Here are a few pictures of our trip, well actually the only ones I took. It was pretty awesome that we got a 4-star hotel for $99 a night. It was suppose to be $259.00 a night but they had a water line break and our family suite was already taken so they gave us the Presidential Suite for only $99. I was thrilled!!!!!!!! It was HUGE and our kids had a blast running around.

birthdays, crazy eyes... and older women!?

First Happy Birthday to my little sis, Kaitlyn!!!!!!!!! She is 13... I can't believe it, I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. She is the best Aunt and my kids love their Aunt Ka-Ka. Hope you have a great day and take first at Competition!!!!!!!

Ammon has a new little crush on a little girl that lives next door to us. Yesterday he asked me take a picture of him and Abby and insisted that we put it on the blog... so here it is. Aren't they cute... even though she's a couple feet taller then him. I have to laugh... I love this crazy little boy!

Yesterday my kids were being so funny with the neighbors "crazy eyes". Carter seriously had them on for a half an hour just walking around and playing.
